Buyer 1: Student Clubs and Societies

The club wants branded coats (great merch, worn weekly — see Uni Clubs guide). Two ways to pay:

• Small orders: one member pays by card and the club reimburses — the hoodie model every club already knows
• Official orders: through the student union or the department that sponsors the club, on a union or department P/O. We invoice the union; the club never fronts the money

At 10+ coats the logo printing is free — full-colour DTF, left chest, 3–5 business day turnaround.

Buyer 2: Placement and Prac Cohorts

Subject coordinators ordering for a whole placement group (food processing, industry prac, clinical subjects): send us the size list or have students order individually against a cohort code — either works on a PO. We can include the Food Processing Industry Coat (no pockets, food-safe design) for food-science cohorts on the same order as standard white coats. Departmental stock for teaching labs, research groups and technical staff: standard white lab coats $24 ex GST, navy $27, elastic or traditional cuffs — order on a faculty P/O with delivery to a single receiving point. How to Actually Place a University P/O

1. Get the quote (if finance needs one): email or request through the site — 1 business day, valid 30 days
2. Submit the P/O: at checkout upload the P/O file, or email it to us with the order details
3. We confirm and dispatch — in-stock coats within 24 hours, printed coats in 3–5 business days
4. Invoice follows to your accounts team, GST itemised, as procurement systems expect
