Both work. Students and parents can order a single coat directly on this site, and schools, science departments or subject coordinators can place a class set or whole-school order. Free logo printing is included on orders of 10 or more coats, so mixed sizes in one order are welcome.

Yes. The Labcoat Academy accepts official purchase orders from schools, universities, hospitals and government departments. Upload your P/O at checkout or email it to sales@thelabcoatacademy.com.au. Official quotes are provided within 1 business day, and there is no minimum order for P/Os or quotes.

Yes — we print your school crest or logo on the left chest pocket using Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing. Logo printing is free on orders of 10 or more lab coats, with a 3–5 business day turnaround. The print withstands 50+ washes without cracking or peeling.

Traditional cuffs are a classic open wrist — looser and cooler. Elastic cuffs grip the wrist for a tighter seal, can be pulled up the arm on smaller students, reduce overhang, and reduce skin exposure — which is why many schools prefer elastic cuffs for students.

Our sizing chart maps every size — XXS to 4XL — to suggested chest measurements and school year levels from Year 7 to Year 12. If a size is not right, we offer free size exchanges within 30 days so you can swap it for the size that fits.

Yes. We supply safety spectacles for $5 a pair, so science departments can cover lab coats and eye protection on the one order and the one purchase order.

In-stock orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Standard shipping is 2–5 days and free on orders over $100, express is 1–3 days. Custom logo-printed orders take 3–5 business days to print before dispatch. We ship to all Australian states and territories.

Yes — choose In-Store Pickup at checkout and we will email you as soon as your order is ready, usually within 24 hours. Collect from Unit 12, 42 Garden Blvd, Dingley Village VIC 3172, Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 4pm. We are in Melbourne’s south-east, just off the Dingley Bypass — turn into Garden Boulevard and follow it to Unit 12. Bring your order number or the pickup email, and call 0433 266 590 if you need a hand finding us.

Unworn, unwashed coats in original condition can be returned within 7 days, or exchanged for another size or colour within 30 days. Custom logo-printed coats are made to order and cannot be returned for change of mind. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply if an item is faulty or not as described.
