Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 2 PM AEST Monday-Friday will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM AEST or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Locations
We currently ship to all Australian states and territories. International shipping is available for bulk orders - please contact us for a quote.
Delivery times depend on your location. Orders to Melbourne and surrounding areas in Victoria arrive at the shorter end of the quoted timeframe. States further away, particularly WA and NT, may take the longest within the quoted timeframe.

What if I need expedited shipping?
Select Express Shipping at checkout for 1-3 day delivery. Delivery times depend on your location — orders to Melbourne and nearby areas arrive fastest, while WA and NT may take the longest within the quoted timeframe. For same-day or next-day shipping, please contact our customer service team.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately and we'll update your shipping address. Once shipped, address changes must be made through the shipping carrier.
