How We Print: DTF, in Full Colour

We use Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing — a modern printing method that transfers your logo directly onto the fabric. What that means in practice:

• Full colour — your logo prints exactly as it looks, with all its colours, not a simplified one-colour version
• Printed on the left chest pocket area — the standard professional placement
• Soft and flexible — the print moves with the fabric instead of sitting stiff on top of it
• Wash-tested — DTF prints are rated to keep their quality through 50+ washes, so logo coats survive years of hot school washes
• Works on white and navy — both coat colours print beautifully
• Sharp detail — fine lines and small text in complex logos come out crisp

What Logo File Do We Need?

Something high resolution — PNG, SVG or AI format is ideal. The file your school or company already uses on letterhead or the website is usually perfect. Not sure what you have? Step 1 — Choose your colour and cuff. Pick white or navy, then the cuff style: traditional (an open sleeve, the classic look) or elastic (snug at the wrist — the safer choice around Bunsen burners).

Step 2 — Upload your logo. Click "Upload Your Logo" and add your school or company logo file. You'll see a live preview of your logo on the coat right there on the page — this is the part people love: you know exactly what you're getting before you commit to anything.

How Schools Usually Order

Path 1 — The school orders directly (purchase order). Most schools we supply order on a purchase order — goods first, payment via the school's usual accounts process. You can upload the PO at checkout or email it, and we confirm and dispatch quickly. See our Purchase Orders page for how that works.

Path 2 — Parents order individually. Some schools prefer parents to order directly. In that case the school sends us the logo once, and we hold it on file — parents then order from the school's page and every coat ships printed. (If your school isn't set up with us yet, we can arrange it — just ask.)
