Whether it's a class set for the science labs or coats for a whole Year 7 intake, bulk ordering lab coats is straightforward — here's how schools do it with us.

What You Need Before You Order

Not much, honestly:

• Rough size breakdown — e.g. 6 × XXS, 10 × XS, 8 × S, 4 × M. An estimate from last year's numbers is fine; we confirm the order before dispatch
• Style and colour — if your school has a set coat, it's on file if you're booklisted with us
• Logo? — most schools add the school logo, free on 10+ coats
• Delivery address and a contact name for the office

How Bulk Orders Work

1. Send the breakdown and requirements — via Purchase Orders (upload the PO at checkout or email it), or request an official quote first — it's back within 1 business day, valid 30 days
2. We confirm the order and dispatch in-stock coats within 24 hours
3. Logo printing happens before shipping on logo orders — allow 3–5 business days
4. Delivery with tax invoice — normal school payment terms

Size Breakdowns: Use the Suggested Year Column

Our Sizing Chart includes a "Suggested Year" column that does the estimating for you: XXS for Year 7, XS for Year 7–8, S for Year 8–9, M for Year 9–10, and L for Year 11–12. For a Year 7 class of 25, weighting the order towards XS and S covers most cohorts. Year 7 students are the most variable — if you can collect each student's flat-garment measurements before ordering, exchanges almost disappear.

Free Logo Printing — and Student Names

On 10+ coats, logo printing is free: full-colour DTF printing on the left chest. Ask us about including student names with the logo on class sets — a printed name survives every wash and can't peel off, which kills the lost-property problem. Send the logo file with the order and we'll confirm it's print-ready.

Timing: The One Thing That Bites

Booklist season (December–February) is our busiest window — a large share of the year's school orders land in a few weeks. Coats ordered in November arrive without any rush; coats ordered in the last week of January join the queue with every other school in the state. For year-level sets, order as early as the school calendar allows. The good news: we hold 25,000+ coats in stock, so even in peak season in-stock orders keep dispatching within 24 hours.

Can we split the order — half now, half mid-year?

Yes, orders can be staged, and your logo and sizes stay on file so re-orders take one email.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum for purchase orders or quotes. Free logo printing applies from 10 coats.

Parents pay us directly — can we on-sell?

Yes, many schools on-order coats and on-sell to parents, or set up the parent-direct ordering model instead. We're happy either way.
