What a Purchase Order Order Looks Like

A purchase order (PO) is just your school's official order document. You send it to us, we supply the goods, and your accounts team pays by the due date on the invoice — the normal terms process your school already uses with every other supplier.

We accept POs from schools, universities, hospitals, government departments and businesses. New accounts are welcome, and there's no minimum order for POs or quotes.

The Process, Step by Step

1. Add the coats to your cart — choose sizes, colours and quantities just like a normal order. If your school is booklisted with us, your school's chosen coat is already on file.
2. Submit the PO one of two ways: upload your official PO document at checkout (the cart has a Purchase Order option — PDF, Word or a clear image all work), or email it directly to sales@thelabcoatacademy.com.au with your delivery details.
3. We confirm and dispatch — once we receive your PO we confirm the order and dispatch within 24 hours. Custom logo printing takes 3–5 business days.
4. Need a formal quote first? Request an official quote in the cart instead of checking out — we email it back within 1 business day, and quotes are valid for 30 days. Perfect for budget-approval season.

Information to Include on the PO

To make it smooth, your PO (or quote request) should include:

• Your organisation name, delivery address and an authorised signature
• Item details: coat style, colour, sizes and quantities (e.g. 8 × XS, 12 × S, 6 × M)
• Logo printing (yes/no) — free on 10+ coats
• Your PO number, if your school uses them

How Long Does It Take?

• Plain coats: in-stock orders are dispatched within 24 hours — we hold 25,000+ coats in stock
• Logo-printed coats: 3–5 business days, since printing happens before shipping
• Official quotes: back to you within 1 business day (same day if submitted before 2pm AEST)
