How to Return or Exchange
Our simple 4-step process makes returning items easy and hassle-free.
Check Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Change-of-mind returns accepted within 7 days, and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
Pack Your Item
Securely pack the lab coat in its original packaging if possible. Include your order number and reason for return.
Ship to Us
Contact us to receive a prepaid shipping label. Standard return shipping is free for orders over $100.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Exchanges ship immediately.
Return Policy Details
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law: Our returns policy is for change-of-mind situations and is offered in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for its purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund — and nothing in this policy limits those rights.
✓ Change of Mind — Returns 7 Days, Exchanges 30 Days
If you change your mind, you have 7 days from the date of purchase to return an unworn, unwashed lab coat in its original condition, or 30 days to exchange it for a different size or colour.

Items must be:

- • In original packaging if possible
✓ Free Return Shipping
We provide a prepaid return shipping label for all returns on orders over $100. For orders under $100, return shipping is $10.
✓ Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
✓ Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Exchanges are free within 30 days of purchase and we'll cover return shipping on orders over $100. Your replacement ships immediately.
Note: Custom-printed lab coats are made to your order and cannot be returned for change of mind. If a custom coat is faulty or not as described, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply — contact us and we'll make it right. Please verify your logo file before confirming your order.

What is your return policy?
Our change-of-mind policy lets you return unworn, unwashed lab coats in their original condition within 7 days of purchase, or exchange them for a different size or colour within 30 days. This is separate from your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which apply if a product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for its purpose.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued to your original payment method.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! If you need a different size or color, we offer free exchanges within 30 days of purchase. We'll even cover return shipping for exchanges on orders over $100.
What if my lab coat is defective?
If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll replace it at no cost and provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Can I return custom printed lab coats?
Custom-printed coats are made to order and cannot be returned for change of mind. If a custom coat is faulty or not as described, your Australian Consumer Law rights still apply — contact us with photos and we'll arrange a remedy.
What condition should the item be in for return?
The lab coat must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or washing cannot be accepted for return.
