Securely pack the lab coat in its original packaging if possible. Include your order number and reason for return.
Ship to Us
Contact us to receive a prepaid shipping label. Standard return shipping is free for orders over $100.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Exchanges ship immediately.

You have 7 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your lab coat if not worn.

Items must be:

✓ Free Return Shipping
We provide a prepaid return shipping label for all returns on orders over $100. For orders under $100, return shipping is $10.
✓ Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
✓ Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Exchanges are free and we'll cover return shipping on orders over $100. Your replacement ships immediately.
Note: Custom printed lab coats cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please verify your logo before confirming your order.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll replace it at no cost and provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Can I return custom printed lab coats?
Custom printed items are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please ensure your logo file is correct before confirming your order.
What condition should the item be in for return?
The lab coat must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or washing cannot be accepted for return.
